After retiring from J.R. Gettier and Associates as a Supervisor of a Special Response Team (SRT), Mr. Zielinski started a very small security consulting service. This is where the beginning of Zielinski Consulting Services, Inc (Z.C.S.) got it's humble start. After watching the market decline for several years for this type of service, Mr. Zielinski decided to work for a Transportation company in western Pennsylvania, E.C.M. Transport, Llc.   After a couple of years, Mr. Zielinski pursued a degree in Human Resource Management, and a degree in Criminal Psychology.

After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in H.R. Management, obtaining his PHR, and being certified through Wicklander & Zulawski for Interrogation & Interviewing, Mr. Zielinski decided to reinvent Z.C.S. as an “out-sourced” Human Resource and COMPLETE Business Service providing company. This change proved to be a step in the right direction.

After Z.C.S. was re-formatted, the company started to obtain numerous clients, and propelled into new business ventures.

Mr. Zielinski takes a personal approach to his companies interaction and relationship with their clients.

Mr. Zielinski also personally takes an active participation in the investigation of employment practices.
